JEREMY LARKIN

Jeremy Larkin is the Co-founder and Team Leader of The ICON Team, Keller Williams, located in The Woodlands, Texas. He and his team of unmatched real estate experts are consistently recognized as their office’s “Top Producing Real Estate Mega Team”.

Jeremy has been a coaching student of The Core Training since 2014. He is passionate about sharing his training to aid others in managing successful businesses and maintaining life balance.

After a successful 9-year career in the United States Air Force, Jeremy obtained his Bachelor’s degree in CIS/Management from Park University. Soon after he began his journey to become an industry expert and one of the most reliable real estate agents in the Greater Houston area.

Jeremy and his team have won many prestigious awards including, The Greater Houston Builders Association’s “Realtor Team of the Year” award for 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2018. They are also consistently recognized as a “Top 25 Performing Real Estate Team” by the Houston Business Journal, and in 2015 & 2019 they achieved their goal of being the #1 Ranked Real Estate Team in Houston.

Scott Laird is the Co-founder and Director of Sales for The Icon Team. He is a master salesperson, expert negotiator, and influential sales trainer. He and his team of unmatched real estate experts are consistently recognized as their office’s “Top Producing Real Estate Mega Team”.

Scott runs the sales team operation for the company and is responsible for lead generation, as well as, acquiring big relationships.

With his 7 years’ experience in Real Estate and his unmatched extensive lifetime experience in Sales and business, Scott is the Master Jedi of Sales! Though Scott’s a School of Hard Knocks’ Alumni, he is a huge Alabama football fan, and can be found during his off time screaming roll tide!

Nicole has loved serving the Icon Team the last nine years as the Operations Manager. She holds a master’s in business administration and has been working in the real estate arena for the past twenty years. She manages team’s growth through recruiting, training, and monitoring financials. Nicole’s passion of serving others enhances her ability to connect with clients. Aside from working with one of the top real estate companies around, she is the mom to busy twin boys, Caden and Jaxson. She enjoys their time together with family, friends, and of course watching Aggie football. Gig’em!

Desirae Borkowski is an Icon Team veteran who has been with the team for 10+ years. Desirae has a Bachelors’s Degree from Sam Houston State University and she is well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry. Her main focus starts with serving The Icon Teams buyers and sellers as a Licensed Transaction Manager. Making an impact on clients’ personal lives by streamlining the home selling/buying process is something she thrives on and values most. She also has a huge relational role in servicing our Builder Clients with maintaining listing marketability, professional photography, & MLS accuracy.

Karen is Jeremy and Scott’s Executive Assistant. She manages Jeremy and Scott’s schedules and is in charge of the testimonial process, as well as, the team’s VIP and gifting programs. Karen handles all aspects of event planning for the team to include, client appreciation events and business-oriented happy hours.

Tracey is a Texas native originally from the small town San Benito, TX. She moved to the Northern Houston area after graduating high school to attend classes at the University of Houston – main campus. There she received a bachelors degree in Psychology and Corporate Communication. Now, Tracey serves as an Executive Assistant for The Icon Team bringing new levels of creativity and innovation. Tracey enjoys reading, photography, and spending time with her loving husband and wonderful pets.

Melissa’s overly outgoing and energetic personality fits perfectly with her role on the Team as Business Development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Sam Houston State University, which helps with her true knowledge of expanding a new level of Marketing. Melissa’s exceptional customer service makes her stand out and more relational when dealing with Builder Clients and other business opportunities. She enjoys spending her time with friends and family and being the life of the party!

Alicia is a native Houstonian with a Polish-American upbringing. She has a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition & Health Education from the University of Houston. She has experience in property management, investor relations, flipping homes; and apartments. Working with her desire to make an impact on personal lives by assisting the best way possible within the real estate market, excellent customer service comes as a top priority to Alicia.

When not working, Alicia enjoys spending time with her two Siberian Huskies, Monty & Skylar, and future husband. You can find the family on hiking trails, traveling the globe, or at dog parks throughout Texas.

Jeremy is a native Texan who is the 4th of 5 children. Raised in the North Houston area before leaving to serve in the US Marine Corps. His military service taught him to work hard, be honest, and always put 100% into what you do. After the Marines, Jeremy worked in the automotive industry for 15 years before joining the Icon Team.

His experience in sales negotiations gives his clients an edge in the purchasing process. But the purchase or sale is not the only thing he cares about. Jeremy believes that the buying process should be a pleasant experience for all parties. He is prepared to use his experience, knowledge, and honesty to ensure that his clients receive the highest possible value on every deal.

Ryan was born at a young age in Plano, Texas and has been living in Houston for the last six years. He is the husband of a beautiful Italian woman and the father of three alpha males. Ryan is a friend to animals and can read. He began his career in commercial real estate where he gained extensive knowledge of the Houston real estate market which he applies to residential real estate sales . His experience has cultivated an expertise in local market data and trends, the science of negotiation, and current financial options.

Ryan has a passion for real estate that fuels an indefatigable work ethic. He is deeply invested in building a relationship with his clients that goes beyond the transaction and is committed to working on their behalf throughout each stage of the buying process. He recognizes that buying a home can be an emotional process and is sometimes overwhelming so he makes sure that he is in constant communication with his clients and always available every step of the way. His attention to detail and assertive stance in negotiations ensures that his clients get the most value for their homes.
