Scott Laird is the Co-founder and Director of Sales for The Icon Team. He is a master salesperson, expert negotiator, and influential sales trainer. He and his team of unmatched real estate experts are consistently recognized as their office’s “Top Producing Real Estate Mega Team”.

Scott runs the sales team operation for the company and is responsible for lead generation, as well as, acquiring big relationships.

With his 11 years’ experience in Real Estate and his unmatched extensive lifetime experience in Sales and business, Scott is the Master Jedi of Sales! Though Scott’s a School of Hard Knocks’ Alumni, he is a huge Alabama football fan, and can be found during his off time screaming roll tide!

Tracey is a Texas native originally from the small town of San Benito, TX. She moved to the Northern Houston area after graduating high school to attend classes at the University of Houston – main campus. There she received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Corporate Communication. Now, Tracey serves as an Executive Assistant for The Icon Team bringing new levels of creativity and innovation. Tracey enjoys reading, photography, and spending time with her wonderful pets.

Hailey is a highly driven & motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent & Transaction Coordinator. Her admirable personality and true knowledge of the field have given her an opportunity to excel in different areas within the real estate industry. As a Transaction Coordinator, she has closed hundreds of transactions, representing millions of dollars in business. Hailey’s exceptional customer service skills and commitment to perfection have made her stand out and have taken her to a new level in her career.

Representing the Houston area homeowners, and future homeowners, Devan is committed to listening to her clients’ needs. Maintaining expert customer service, hard work, and personalized service goes into every transaction she does. Joining our team with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Northern Arizona University, and six years of experience in retail, Erika is no stranger to providing excellent service and sales. Her attention to detail, combined with a sense of urgency, helps create genuine relationships with clients. Erika is creative, determined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She’s fully committed to making the home selling/buying process as smooth as possible. Being a California native, Erika loves the beach and Mexican food. But on a lazy Sunday, you can find her at home with her cat, Stella.

Taylor’s passion to help others combined with being a great listener enables her to personally connect with clients to build long-lasting relationships. Her careful attention to detail ensures that each client receives the consideration and personalized experience they deserve. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Sam Houston State University and is an alumnae member of Zeta Tau Alpha. Prior to joining The Icon Team, Taylor spent five years working in marketing and brand management. Taylor was born and raised in The Woodlands, TX where she currently lives with her fiancé and two dogs, Tucker and Dakota. When not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and traveling.

Alicia is a native Houstonian with a Polish-American upbringing. She has a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition & Health Education from the University of Houston. She has experience in property management, investor relations, flipping homes; and apartments. Alicia’s organization, attention to detail, and work ethic provide the highest quality service standards to her clients. Her desire to make a positive impact on her client’s personal lives shines through with her excellent customer service.

When not working, Alicia enjoys to spend time with her two Siberian Huskies, Monty & Skylar, and husband. You can find the family on hiking trails, traveling the globe, or at dog parks throughout Texas.

Jeremy is a native Texan who is the 4th of 5 children. Raised in the North Houston area before leaving to serve in the US Marine Corps. His military service taught him to work hard, be honest, and always put 100% into what you do. After the Marines, Jeremy worked in the automotive industry for 15 years before joining the Icon Team.

His experience in sales negotiations gives his clients an edge in the purchasing process. But the purchase or sale is not the only thing he cares about. Jeremy believes that the buying process should be a pleasant experience for all parties. He is prepared to use his experience, knowledge, and honesty to ensure that his clients receive the highest possible value on every deal.

Kourtney’s overly outgoing and energetic personality fits perfectly with her role on the Team as a Lead Coordinator. An exceptional customer service background, makes her stand out and more relational when dealing with leads, clients, and other business partners. She enjoys spending her time with friends and family and being the life of the party!

Hayden is an energetic, outgoing individual, always seeking to please. His excellent follow up and attention to client’s needs enables him to connect on a deeper level.

He believes patience and determination are key to guiding clients through the housing process. On The Icon Team, Hayden prides himself on building personal relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Hayden enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family. As a Louisiana native with Irish descent, he loves crawfish, gumbo, greenery and extra potatoes in his shepherds pie.
