appreciate very much everything Alicia and Hailey have done in acquiring my house in Texas. If you are looking to sell your home for the best value with the least anxiety and headache, call Jeremy! His team is professional, kind, and courteous. But, they treat you as if you are family. They get the job done right. I think the most important thing to consider in a realtor is honesty. They will give you all of the answers needed and they will be upfront with you, no secrets, no surprises. They got my wife and I out of our starter home and into our dream home-- in the middle of a pandemic. These are not part-time realtors, they are professional. Great team to work with when purchasing our new home. Our agent Jeremy Willard was responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Words cannot describe how far Jeff at the Icon Team exceeded our expectations. I have bought and sold homes before, both in The Woodlands and outside TX, and Jeff is the best agent I have ever encountered hands down. He is extremely communicative, always responding to every text and question right away. We certainly aren't his biggest clients, but he treated us as if we were his only ones. Additionally, his background as a contractor was invaluable to our home-buying decision -- he was honest when he saw homes that had signs of problems, big and small, and recommended an exceptional contractor when we opted for a home that needed a little work before move in. Finally, he had the little details down, such as buying our sons a brand new basketball after we closed as a gift for their new driveway ball games.
